Problems with printer

I've got an Epson C42+ and all of a sudden it started printing just 3 lines of a page and not the full page. The 3 lines it prints are very clear, but it's missing out the rest of the page.
I did a clean of it (nozzle etc), but that doesn't make any difference.
As I stated, the printing of the 3 lines are very, very clear, but what's happened to the rest of the page?
Can anyone help please?

I used to have a C42 and the nozzle cleaning used to sort out 99% of my problems.
What application are you printing from, and have you tried a different one? eg. If you create a simple text file with Notepad and copy that into Wordpad, do they both have the same problem?0
