Can't clean the gutters (yes this is electricity related)
My gutter runs 1-2" directly beside the three phase line that goes into my house. The previous guy had three phase installed at a time in the 1950/60's when the supply was unreliable (or so I'm told by the elderly neighbour, whether this is true I have no idea). I wouldn't even be able to get my hand into the gutter as the large ceramic disks overlap the gutter edge.
Meantime the guttering is constantly filling with debris washed off from the above tiles and water backs up. I can't easily get up to maintain my property safely.
EDF does most the work in my area so I assume they're responsible for the line, but am I right in assuming they'll charge me to move it? It's purely so I can get easier access to clean my gutters, not an asthetic or extension reason etc.
