Hi,
Can anyone please tell me what this is?
I have a LTSB credit card opened 1996 and probably have had a lot of charges £25+ added, have sent SAR, I am looking to claim 1996-present day, but believe this will be difficult.
Has anyone won going down this route?

Got mine back from Halifax but took me nearly a year and actually having to argue it in court (among other issues). Not for the faint-hearted!0
