Hi everyone, my 1st thread, hope im following etiquette correctly
we had an online loans back in 2004, which included a one off payment of £4000 for PPI, this has since run out even though we are still paying the loan. Our dilemma is who do we send our claims form to, as the loan was eventually put through "future mortgages" but initial contact was with loans.co.uk !!
very confused and would like to get the letter off asap, any advise
gratefully received.
thankyou

Hi there & welcome
A good case in regards of this policy.
You pursue the ones who brokered and set up your loan, so i take it then loans.co.uk, and the other is the lender where you pay the monthly payment to?
Good luck and step 3 below is the reclaim questionnaire, complete and send, keep a copy, they usually have 8 weeks but may ask for more time if required.
