e-mail forwarding in Windows mail

Hi,

can someone help me out - I'm part of a social enterprise, and we have an e-mail address of info@blabla.etc which is hosted by 1and1 but it's a windows mailbox.

I want to forward the incoming mail to a colleague's address for the next week, and although I've done it before, I can't seem to get it right this time. On the tools, message rules, mail options I can set up a rule, but it is set for all the messages in the inbox - not just new incoming messages? When I click 'apply rule' it looks like it is going to forward all my inbox! I'm sure it is something simple....... any ideas.

It's usually something like 'check mail when it arrives' and 'forward a copy' but it will rely on your PC being turned on to check and forward the mail. If you have access to the 1and1 hosting account, you may be able to set up forwarding there to another email account.
