Unauthorised Transaction from my Barclays Account

Hi,
Please could someone give me some advice or help.
I had 6 unauthorised transactions from my account the bank (Barclays) did not contact me it was only when i checked my on-line banking that i noticed a £400.00 discrepancy.
I went to the bank the next day and a lady gave me a print out of the transactions that had gone out between 11 July and 15 July. 4 of them were in the space of 10-15 seconds only small amounts of 1.00, 2.00, 56.78 & 2.00 & 5.50 then on 15 July £330.00
The bank advised at the moment the payments were in the middle (i.e left my account but not hit the other persons account) they said if after 10 days the money was not claimed the money would be back in my account. But in the meantime they cancelled my card and re-issued a new one.
I received all monies back by the 25 July. On the 28 July i received a fraud letter from Barclays about transactions that were pending on my account since it was cancelled it only showed the big amount of £330.00.
I wrote fraud against this transactions because i hadn't authorised this company to take any money from my account and return the form. Even though i know the company i hadn't authorised any transactions they had my card details from an initial payment I had made to them 6 weeks ago. But these should have been destroyed and not kept!!!
Last night (11 July) i checked my on-line account to find out the monies of £330.00 have been debited from my account.
I rang the bank at 7am today to be told because the company was known to me it wasn't classed has fraud but an unauthorised transaction and that a new form had been sent out on the 10 August for me to complete.
I asked why ALL the money was given back to me and now after 14 days they have debited the £330.00 when i hadn't authorised any transaction. He couldn't explain this to me but said cause it wasn't fraud they had to give the money to this company.
How can Barclays do this? i haven't authorised these transactions I had to call them when i noticed the discrepancies and they cannot even explain to me why 4 transactions in the short space of 10 seconds didn't ring alarm bells with them
I am now £330.00 o/d on my account and incurring charges for being overdrawn.
Can i insist that the money is given back ASAP to me whilst they continue with there investigations. I am annoyed that the fraud Dept at Barclays hasn't even contacted me with regards to the form i had originally completed and returned by recorded delivery which they have acknowledged on the 3 August.
Please could someone tell me where to go from here.
Thanks
