1. This prize draw is open to respondents to the Telegraph Travel Awards questionnaire aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited and Brittany Ferries, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

3. All completed and submitted online questionnaires will be entered into the prize draw and entry is restricted to one per person.

4. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt questionnaires will not be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility can be accepted for lost surveys and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winners will be drawn at random from all completed questionnaires received by midnight on Monday, September 19, 2011.

5. The winners will be notified by email within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending an email to [EMAIL="neil.sharman@telegraph.co.uk"]neil.sharman@telegraph.co.uk[/EMAIL] between September 20 and October 19, 2011.
6. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication.
7. Two winning entrants will each win either a 10-night East Africa holiday for two or an 11-day Antarctica cruise for two courtesy of The Ultimate Travel Company. For full details of these prizes, see the appendix to these terms and conditions, below.
The prizes will be allocated by the Promoter and no correspondence or negotiation regarding this process will be entered into.
8. The prizes do not include travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure and incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and obtain any necessary visas and vaccinations for their trip.
9. Travel for the Antarctica cruise departs the UK on February 1 and returns to the UK on February 16, 2012. The East Africa prize must be taken and all travel completed by December 24, 2012 and excludes Easter, Christmas and the New Year periods.
10. Ten runners-up will each receive an Amazon Kindle.
11. All prizes are subject to availability, non transferable. And there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
13. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of a prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Brittany Ferries.

Antarctic cruise

East Africa holiday
