Thank you all for your help, I too have just bought this through mothercare and they are delivering for free too. My email confirmation says £39.99 but my account says £21.99. I nearly bought one the other week for £39.99! x0

I got one as well for £21.99 and a £10 voucher
also tried to use a discount code but he would not allow it
being delivered to local store rather than home delivery which is annoying an amazon offered free delivery but hey i got a £10 mothercare voucher so its worth it0 -
Yay I just got one price matched, delivery to store and £10 voucher. So happy been wanting one of these for a while but couldn't justify the expense. I'll have one happy little girl on her birthday.
They wouldn't price match delivery which suits me as I prefer to collect at my own leisure instead of being stuck in waiting for a delivery.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T

does the price match work if you order online and then phone them? I'm sure I did this once but DH swears we never got the difference refunded!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0

I phoned up about this and was told that I had to place my order first. I then rang again to be told that I would have to wait until it was delivered before they would refund the difference. The third time I rang, the woman said she could sort out the difference if the order hadn't gone too far down the line or she would have to refund after delivery but she managed to sort it out there and then.
Do you normally have to order first, then get a refund on the difference?0 -
What you've been told sounds very confusing (Not what you've written - what she said to you I mean). I rang up - said I wanted to place an order - gave the mothercare reference code and name of the item - and when the person said fine - i said I would like tp price match with amazon, who are selling it for £21.99. He said that's fine, I'll just check if it's in stock at amazon.... waited a few secs and he said yes, no problem with that at all. I then said and I underrstand I'm entitled to a £10 gift vouvher too - and again he was very good - processed it in a few secs and said it'd take about 5 days to come to me.I phoned up about this and was told that I had to place my order first. The same as another poster - I was told that my email confirmation would say the full price but be assured that only £21.99 would be taken out of my account. I've checked and that's true.
Had to hold on for a bit initially to place the order, but dealt with very efficiently when I got through. I had a few tabs open so i had all the info I needed just in case, including the mothercare T&C on price match & voucher.0
