I have this one for my son, paid full price at the start of summer :-(

I have just bought one, THANK YOU SO MUCH! another present sorted, for £11.00 !! considering ringing back and ordering another.... Didnt bother fighting over the delivery though, asked if it was free but she said no so just said I would collect.

Below are the motherare details for anyone that needs them:


He is £39.99 in Mothercare, so if you ring them on 0844 875 5222 (8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sundays) and tell them you want to price match the amazon price, they will also send you a £10 mothercare gift voucher as part of their price promise deal! I would remind them about the voucher, and they say "5-7 days delivery" but in my experience they always come next day recorded delivery.

So your getting the slide for £21.99 and a free £10 voucher thrown in! Hope this helps someone

Hiya can someone tell me if this is right,

I phone up and ask for the price match, they price match and i then pay for the item at 21.99. Then they send me out a £10 voucher to use on my next purchase? or can this voucher be used on the slide.

Im not to fussed either way, but my nearest mothercare is 40 miles away so i dont shop there very often.

you ring up, they check over the phone that your telling the truth by going to amazon, then they charge you the £21.99 (plus postage or whatever you arrange with that). Then they send the item out in one package and a recorded-delivery letter (normally next day) with your £10 paper gift voucher in it. You cant use the voucher online or on phone orders, or on the slide. its in store only. Hope this helps

P.S. It helps to have the slide reference number from the mothercare website, before you ring up, just to save time. this slide also comes in a larger size and you might get someone having a slow-day who mixes them up (have had this happen before and it just causes hassle and when your on to an expensive phone number you dont need this! )

Just double check your confirmation email, the girl I spoke to confirmed the price match at £21.99 and £10 voucher, but then has put it through at £31.99! Just had to phone them back, they can't change the order now but have said I'll have to wait a couple of days for the refunded £10!

I just rang to order and when they did the price match it put it through with a promotion and she couldn't take it off, so I only paid £17.59 and because it's a fault on their system they are still sending the £10 voucher! SO I've effectively only paid £7.59! Thank you so much, I am putting it away for my daughter's first birthday in January

I've been watching the price for a while now so I'm over the moon, thank you

Firstly, thanks so much OP for finding this, and princesslou for giving such clear instructions on how to claim the price match

When I placed my order I was told that on my email confirmation the original price would show but to be assured that only £21.99 would be taken from my account. (I'll check that of course) The man I spoke to put me on hold for a few secs while he processed the gift voucher which he then said I'd receive in 5-7 days. Picking it up at a nearby store on Wed - excellent.
