Thomsons issue

Hi Everyone
Could do with some advice.
I have booked a holiday with Thomsons back in February for the end of August this year. We have been to pick up our tickets to notice that the extra luggage allocation we had asked and paid for did not show up on our tickets. We were then told we had not booked or paid for this in February.
There were two of us who went to book the holiday and we are sure we booked in the extra as we had the conversation about taking an extra bag to make sure we did not go over the 23k limit on one bag. Anyway the Thomson shop they they would honor this and add it on anyway.
We have now got home and emailed them to check we have taxi transfers to the hotel as well only to again be told no, you are going on the coach although if you pay us the extra then we an order the taxi!!!!!! Again we are both sure we booked this at the time.
I am going into the shop again on Saturday as I know the manager will be there. What annoys me more is when we booked the holiday in the shop they were £200 higher than their internet price that I had looked at the same morning. The lady booking it all asked me if I had made sure I had booked all the extras I had wanted and to make sure we went on line then and there in the shop and entered it in, she then said she would price match it.
I really can not undertstand what has gone wrong, the worst part is that Thomsons do not give you a breakdown of your holiday, they only give you the details of when and where you are booked how much it costs in total, deposit and whats left to pay.
Not a happy bunny!

are all these extras shown on the confirmation invoice you wold have recieved from Thomson about a week or so after you book. WE dont book many thomsons, so not 100% on current invoices, but from what i recall in the costing part it will show you a breakdown of costs and for what reason, and i also believe thta within the invoice details, it will show what baggage you have, and if transfers (and what type ie coach / taxi) have been booked.

All extras are shown in the e-mail confirmation that Thompson sends you as well as the little booklet you get sent a week or so later. If they are not in there then they have not been booked.Save £200 a month : [STRIKE]Oct[/STRIKE] Nov Dec Jan Feb Mar Apr0

Little booklet, we have only recivied the booklet which contains out tickets about 15 days before we fly.
With regards to the confirmation, we have booked a superior room which is not on there but it is on our tickets, very strange.0 -
Look at the email again it does say transfers 2 x £40. I had assumed this was for the taxi as the coach transfer is normally free on a package booking? Or am I wrong?0

Coach transfers are to be paid for, all operators break the costs down, Thomson charge you £20 per person
return for coach transfers
Where abouts are you going to?

Yep all extras and requests shown on my confirmation documents including a breakdown of what I'm paying for, can only think that maybe the TS has either not checked the confirmation document properly of not revcieved the documents.I hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0 -
We are off to Ibiza, Es Cana,0

A taxi would be more than £40 return to Es Cana
I dont think your gonna get away with getting free taxi tranfers, but the baggage issue might get resolved you should always check your confirmation when youve booked to see exactlly whats included

Hmmmm...... thanks for that.
I just can not understand why it was just not put on in the first place when we went through everything. I've also checked the price (with all the extras) for the same holiday in 2012 on the same date and it comes in almost identical as to what we paid in February - do you think this is a coincidence????0 -
Prices do change though, you should always look through your confirmation and see what you have booked, I dont think your gonna be able to do anything now
