Access For Viewings

What would be reasonable access for viewings at the end of the tenancy? We want to be as amenable as possible but obviously don't want viewings everyday for two months.

You should discuss with the LL and reach a mutual agreement.

For what it is worth, my view is that 1 evening (say between 1730 and 1930) and one half of Saturday (0900 - 1300 or 1300 - 1700) is reasonable, during the last month (maybe last 6 weeks) of the tenancy. If you are prepared to allow unattended viewings supervised by the LL then you may be able to offer longer periods or allow viewings at any reasonable time (Monday - Saturday during the day) subject to 24 hours notice and the right to veto for each viewing.
