Part Payment for Car on Credit Car?

Will i get protection under s75 if i part pay for a car using a credit and later clear the credit card.

Read up on S75 - it's not a used car warranty scheme!

Generally speaking, under section seventy-five, if you pay ANY money using a form of credit, you are covered for breaches under the act. However, as Quentin quite rightly points out, it won't cover you for mechanical failures, only if the retailer does not carry out his responsibilities under the consumer credit act, or the SOGA.
