I am getting a new computer and monitor from two seperate places, the graphics card and monitor both have hdmi, does this mean I can connect them with a hdmi cable or are they just for connecting to a tv?

TIA Louise

You can certainly connect them both using an HDMI cable, but it's unlikely that one will be supplied with either the PC or monitor. You will probably get a VGA and possibly DVI cable with the monitor.
  • Thank you both, sorry I had no pc yesterday so couldn't thank you. I think I got the cable for my ps3 off ebay for around £4 so will just get another of them, thanks again Louise
