Long Power Cuts - How do I claim?

We are with EDF for our supplies but live in Scotland (Scottish Power)

We had a 26 hour power cut at new year and heard you can claim compensation.

Does anyone know who I claim from and how I go about getting it?
An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

    There is a time limit on claims so it's a good idea to get in touch sooner rather than later ;)
  • You need to get in contact with your distributor (Scottish Power) as it has nothing to do with your supplier. There should be a number for them somewhere on your bill.
