Options
We are with EDF for our supplies but live in Scotland (Scottish Power)
We had a 26 hour power cut at new year and heard you can claim compensation.
Does anyone know who I claim from and how I go about getting it?

There is a time limit on claims so it's a good idea to get in touch sooner rather than later0

You need to get in contact with your distributor (Scottish Power) as it has nothing to do with your supplier. There should be a number for them somewhere on your bill.0
