Maybe I missed it, but I can not recall a single thread where she actually came back with something useful.....I had my suspicions that Sally fom NPower was only on here to defuse situations and appear to other forum users to be doing the right things to help customers. It seems I am right.
It does look indeed ( just like the reps from other suppliers to be honest ) that her job here is to avoid the company being exposed. Any good results that can be reported for the forum poster might be a bonus, but are of no actual importance to the company.
I guess the £2,000,000 fine recently doled out to a supplier for handling complaints badly got companies thinking a bit harder on the subject of keeping their customers happy.0 -
"Don't you get the message somewhere that calls "MAY be recorded for training purposes"?
Did you get the claim they don't record calls in writing"
How do you get from calls maybe recorded that all calls are recorded or that no calls are recorded? When I hear that I think it means calls may be recorded, or they may not. If it said we recorded every call then I'd think it meant every call was recorded.
I have to say I to share concerns about the NPower rep, not in a sinister way, the reps for other companies do see far more positive and effective. They frequently point out good advice by other posters or make suggestions if something has been missed. All I ever see from the NPower rep is we'll look into it.Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0
