Sennheiser CX300-II Warranty

Hello,
I've owned my Sennheiser CX300-II's for over a year, aproximately two months ago I had a problem where the audio stopped in one earphone and as it was outside of the warranty with Amazon I returned it to Sennheiser (they provide a two-year warranty) it came back perfect and my problem has been resolved. Two months later and the problem starts once again, I email Sennheiser expecting to receive a returns authorisation number as per before.
However I am instead instructed to call Sennheiser Ireland as I ordered from Amazon UK which will of course be an international call.
What can I do in this situation? I'm still within the two year warranty and they sent an authorisation number through email previously, however now they expect me to make an international call and possibly be placed on hold and explain the same situation all over again.
Thanks,

Give them a quick call and ask if they can call back?0

Fill out this form:

and I'm sure that you will be contacted with info as what to do next.0 -
If you use a calling card, the cost per minute to Ireland can be 1p to 4p a minute - cheaper than some UK numbers

That was the form I originally filled out, however they emailed back saying I need to talk to Sennheiser Ireland. The concern isn't that I have to call Ireland which isn't too expensive, it's the fact that I purchased from Amazon.co.uk, I've returned the product before due to the same fault through the same method however they now expect me to make an international call for a product that was bought and sold in the UK.0
