Vent-Supercuts

Options
Went to Watford Branch at 8pm today with my Fiance (She wanted a trim and general tidy up, nothing too complicated).

Anyway got there at 8pm (she had previously rung up to ask what time they were open to, the reply to which was 9pm and you can't make appointments).

Anyway when we arrived there at 8pm we were told by the receptionist (A women with no customer service skills what so ever) that they had made their last appointment and my fiance could not be fitted in despite the fact they were supposed to be open for another hour and there was only one customer waiting for a haircut.

Anyway walked past it at 8.40pm and it was shut and looked like it had been for at least 20 mins as it was completely empty with no staff what so ever in it.

Anyway looks like my Fiance had a lucky escape judging by other peoples reviews.

Vent over.

  • classic how all the posts are 1 or 2 stars then theres one post giving the top rating saying its brilliant and good value. obvious ploy tbh. that being said though, its not just about the place, its about the hairdresser too

I've been to the Supercuts in the Potteries Centre in Stoke on Trent and didn't really have any problems, I went in for a fringe trim and went out with a normal fringe... I suppose it depends on the person you get.

  • Supercuts in Ipswich are pretty good too, hadn't been there before this week. Less than 15 minute wait, nice cut and friendly staff. :)

I'm not sure much damage can be done when trimming a fringe lol.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

When i first saw the title i thought it was about cuts as in govenment spending being cut as in super cuts lol.

Bit pricey for me, i prefer to use the small independant barbers, 1 is slightly cheaper than the other but both are quite good.

I dunno, I've had my fringe ruined before several times. I always say I want it level with my eyebrows and they somehow manage to mistake that for "I want it at least a centimetre above my eyebrows"

I've been to that branch and I agree that they do have a poor attitude in there.
