Umm, yes. LDK Security. Messrs Mupungu and Gotosa.
Whilst they repeatedly try to hide behind a series of PO Boxes they actually operate from the following address:
Unit W3
MK Two Business Centre
Water Eaton Industrial Estate
Bletchley
Milton Keynes
MK2 3HU
They also operate a company called Ethical Debt Recovery Services Ltd that purports to be based in Finchley - actually a "virtual" office - but, surprise, surprise, also operate from the MK Two address. For all the efforts to give the impression that there is no connection between the two companies I have successfuly spoken to LDK staff on the EDRS number and vice versa!
As I have posted on several occasions, LDK will have to tread a fine line with the EDRS operation if they are to avoid court action such as befell OPC earlier this year when they appeared at Magistrates Court (and were convicted) courtesy of Wolverhampton Trading Standards. OPC were operating a debt collection business called Windsor Smythe & Partners but for some unfathomable reason weren't disclosing to "customers" that the two were connected. My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
I doubt it's really called LDK. It's probably LKD but we've accepted their poor standard!0

Update: today, Roxhburghe/Graham White document number 5 landed on the mat. This is the second time time they have sent me a communication AFTER I started sending their rubbish back. For the third time, I marked the envelope "SCAM REFUSED - RETURN TO SENDER". Are they going to keep this up until 2014? If they wish to pay for postage the choice is theirs, they pay for their response too. When does this end? As soon as they like.0

They really are a bunch of illiterate amateurs.
Unfortunately, people without the knowledge take them seriously.0 -
