Amazon Warehouse

I didn't even know it existed, so it might not be a grabbit, but for me, thanks its another place to search for potential grabbits !0
-
There are definitely grabbits to be had on there. I've bought loads of books, they can be proper second hand sometimes (i.e. old, with someone's writing in!) so if you're after a gift double check the condition.:eek::eek:0

I have bought a few things from the warehouse part of amazon previously and never been dissapointed, bought a childs book for peanuts and you really wouldnt have known it wasnt new.0
-
Could have been many reasons why items are returned.Could have been an unwanted gift for example.0

I bought the kindle from them and it is brilliant, you really would not have known it had ever even been out of the box. Arrived quickly, as usual, and a good saving at £80 for the basic wi-fi one (£111 new from amazon)
I have just ordered a Kindle from them and as I had vouchers in my account anyway,I got it for a great price :j Looking forward to the delivery in a few days.0 -
I dont think the warehose ones come with a plug charger just the usb charger......but to be fair for the price the recon ones are I wouldnt care, I am sure you will love the kindle, I do. Make sure you sign up to Jungle-Search.com and set it up to send you an email of all free books on amazon.co.uk. I have over 150 free books to read just sat there on the kindle waiting for me to catch up, so many infact that I cant remember the last time I bought a book :-) some are good, some average some bad but I dont mind they are free afterall
Also download calibre programme from the net- you can use that to download newspapers etc free, again I cant remember the last time I bought the observer or guardian, I have the 3g one (had since first came out) and if I add up how much I have saved on newspapers and would have spent on books I am probably in profit now0 -
I buy from Amazon all the time but didn't know about the Warehouse so thanks from me too OP :T. As regards where to put this post, I would have thought that this section was appropriate too and the ticking off was a bit over the top. The OP was just trying to save us some money and I for one, certainly appreciate it.0

I've found the Amazon Warehouse to be fantastic - my refurbished kindle was as new and I also got a Dualit toaster for half the "new" price in perfect condition. I'd definitely recommend it!0

amazon warehouse is not bad, but just wish there were more products on there0
