Change of Use in - Cafe Getting Nearer

Hi I have put in the change of use. I think I have covered most of the expense. Can I just check with you helpful people, I have accounted for:
Rent, Business rates, water rates, Elec, insurance, repairs, leases, signage, credit card machine, service charge, deposit, stock, rentals (machines), fittings
Have I missed anything? Im getting nervous, excited .......

Fire extinguishers / blankets & their relevant certs / costs (our yearly service and check is £495 so worth mentioning!) Pest control contract (up here it is a legal requirement to have a monthly contract, not sure about england) Good luck!
