help needed to block pop-up's

please help, pop ups are doing my head in. currently on aol broadband with blocking pop up set. but everytime i access a new web site, a pop up appears
always with ZONE MEDIA in the top left hand corner. is there any way in which i can delete this, thanks in advance.:mad:

if you're using internet explorer 7 make sure your po-up blocker is turned on.
Tools - Pop-up Blocker - Pop-up blocker settings.
Having the filter set to Medium should stop most things.
If using Firefox:-
Tools - Options - Content tab
Make sure Block pop-up windows is checked.0 -
Alternatively it might be worth scanning your system for spyware, especially if the pop-up appears on any page you access.
Spybot Search and Destroy is very good for removing spyware, and free.
