Please help me with my Blackhorse calculation!

After 5 years of sheer slog I have finally received a calculation of what they say I am due back.
PPI Total on loan £9612.96. PPI payments £114.44 x 84 months
First payment August 2005 last payment July 2006.

Here is their calculation

Total sums paid towards cost of policy 11 months @ £114.44 £1258.86
Sum paid towards the cost of the policy within early settlement figure £1793.37
Sub total £3050.23
Interest £1317.48
distress & inconvenience £200!!!

Total due £4567.71

I have no evidence of the early repayment figure and will have to ask for it
They then say that a total of £4018.25 was given as a rebate
