Help Selling 1 bed Flat

We have had our 1 bed flat on the market for 18 months without a single viewing!
We understand the market is hard for 1st time buyers but the estate agent jsut wants us to drop the price to generate interest but we are reluctant to do this until we get people through the door!
Any help on where we should go from here would be much apreciated
