Yes They told me verbally about the electricity bill. I was careless to ask them about how this is been calculated during tenancy. Now when I asked them they are saaying I have to just pay for it and they dont have any other details. I am planning to raise this as a dispute with TDS. Any suggestions ?

What did the letter/lease say about apportioning the bill? Is the £30pm fixed or variable? This means there is only one meter for the whole property. The most you can ask to see are the readings the amount is calculated from and the price paid.

The tenancy agreement does not say anything about the electricity bill. The 30£ is a fixed one they made. When I asked in email for the tariff plan, kwph an agent replied saying that they dont have any details. Can I raise this as a dispute with TDS . Can you provide your valuable suggestion .

They are likely to reject the case until you have made a sufficient effort to solve the case yourself. Currently, you have done virtually nothing that can be verified/proven.

Ok Thanks. I dont mind if the TDS reject. I am bothered only if they charge me more than 180£. I am not sure if that can happen for any reason. Atleast I thought I could give a try to save some money.

Surely the time to dispute the fixed charge was at the start of the tenancy-not at the end?
As others have pointed out, a flat £30 is not unreasonable.
