Worth upgrading PC further?
Comments

I know given my system specs, I'm not exactly best suited to give advice about upgrading. But at the end of the day only upgrade if it actually needs to be upgraded. Since you use onboard graphics at the moment, I assume you're not using it for any 3D games. Unless you're planning to play 3D games on it, I wouldn't suggest getting a new graphics card.
A new processor? Once again, only if you really want to play a game that needs the extra grunt.
At the moment I agree with spannerzone that your PC is perfectly suited to your needs atm. At the end of the day, if you want to play Modern Warfare 3 you'll have to buy a new PC since you can't upgrade sufficiently with the one you have. If new games (or graphics intensive 3D applications) aren't particularly important to you then it'd cost more than it'd be worth imho0 -

I disagree.
I have a similar spec PC and it struggled with anything graphic intensive. HD video was out. Full HD was a pipe dream. With the addition of an inexpensive graphics card I can view Full HD smoothly on my Full HD monitor.
Graphics cards are not just for gaming. They can take the strain off the CPU as well as add function. I just don't think that it's worth spending much on the card. Around £30 should be sufficient.0
