Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has ever reclaimed from Vanquis. If so, how did you get on etc. And what is the best way to start the process.
Many Thanks Rocky

Hi there
I expect there have been a few and hopefully they will post up of their own experience.
Its just a matter of completing the reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, send to the head office or complaints dept of whoever set up and sold you the account, keep a copy for yourself, they normally have 8 weeks to give a decision, but may write to ask for more time if required, good luck.

I have just finished a letter to Vanquis - just about to send it off. I've heard that they are v. sneaky and say that the PPI is actually a payment option plan thats different from PPI as its a payment break option. Same thing in my eyes - i was missed sold it and didnt need it. Was told it was compulsory when i took the loan out - called last week and now they say it isnt compulsory at all!
Will let you know how I get on - but Im expecting this to be very drawn out!!0 -
