Rucksack size as Hand Luggage on Ryanair - Sorry!

Can't find thread on specific question. I usually take my tried and tested small suitecase on RA flights which fits in the cabin etc, looking to take a rucksack this time but would like to know which size/L to get so I don't run into any problems/charges. I am thinking around the 35l size. Thanks

The litre'age (great word) wont make the slightest difference if any one of the sides is than RA allowed size.
However if the rucksack is soft, i.e. no strengtheners then the size should be ok cos you can "motivate" the rucksack into their size tester doodahLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0
