Hi,I have a problem with my PPI claim documentation. That is I have no loan account numbers what so ever or details, except my credit report to assist in my loan details.Im a little bit of a tidy freak so hence the reason for the no documentation:eek:

Write or phone the loan company then and ask for the full details !0

I have had successful claims with Citi Financial and Egg where I didn't know the account numbers. I just put "Account Numbers Not Known" on the form and in the additional info part on the last page I gave them my previous addresses and postcodes and let them find the account numbers from that !Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0

Are these banks at all?
If so and they are local, you can call in, speak to the branch manager or staff and they may check the details out for you, so any loans you taken out with them or anyone else but were paying direct debit from that bank - they will check the systems for you, you will need to just give your bank account details, good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
