On a different tack, I would recommend living on your own for a bit before deciding if you want your girlfriend to move in. This will be your first place; why not have her over for some days a week but keep her flat for the timebeing.
Many relationships have hit the rocks due to rushing things. A year is not that long a time to have been together.0 -
