HSBC upheld help needed

Hello, found out yesterday my hsbc claim has been upheld :-D letter in the post. they didn't have figures so have been looking at my paperwork!

Would anyone know If my loan was settled early into another loan would the difference from original ppi (less monthly payments less rebate) that was added on the new loan be taken into account. or would it just be te ppi monthly payments that I made be refunded ??? confused

    Total ppi Inc interest 2167.19
    Rebate -1246.88
    = 920.80
    I paid 216.72 and 703.59 was carried forward into another loan?

    Does anyone know what will happen to this £703.59

    Any help appreciated

    Hi there, did you put a claim in for the second loan also? as you should get this back in the calcs for this.
  • No ppi on the 2nd loan just what ever was carried forward.
