Playstation Network Fraud Warning

Hi,
I know this is 'yesterdays news' but fraudulant transactions are only now starting to appear on my credit card account that is registered with the Playstation Network.
I have a few credit cards, one of which is used soley for the playstation. It is a creation (sygma) group card.
I received a standard letter from them around May 2011 making me aware of the card details being stolen and saying they were taking all necessary measures to ensure I could continue using my card with confidence.
On 11th August I received my account statement along with a seperate letter from the fraud department asking me to contact them.
My account statement had a fraudulant transaction:
1st August - Izi Trading Paris 60.99EUR incl conversion fee £55.19
I was told by the fraud team they had also tried to take another £700 but this was declined by them.
The playstation network save all credit card data including security numbers. My most recent purchase on 28th July I only needed to select 'purchase' to complete the transaction and not enter any further security details.
I am dissapointed for the following reasons:
1. This was a known problem that my card issuer had already written to me about. Why did they not just cancel the card and issue replacements?
2. It is now hassle for me having to speak to the fraud team, them having to send forms for me to complete, before they will consider removing the £55.19 transaction currently showing on my account.
3. This credit card account has now been frozen. I understand the reasons why, but its just more inconveniense for me
4. The Playstation network is still saving credit card security numbers on the system
I just wanted to warn people who like me thought they would not be affected. Had been re-assured by the card issuer etc.
Check this months statements - its not all over

The original advice from sony was not to do anything as there was no evidence CC details had been taken.
My CC company advised me it would be best to cancel my card with immediate effect as there was no evidence details hadn't been taken.0
