If lenders aren't willing to lend to your three business partners personally, I can't see that they'd be any more willing to lend to a company that your three business partners have recently set up.
Have your business partners fully investigated the tax consequences of their plan?0 -
thanks annisele
its not that the banks whent lend to the others its that they all have other mortgages and most banks will only give so many to each proson the problem is that if the mortgages are in one persons name the bank will only spoke to that person the mortgage is in and when i resently spent several mouths in hospital with my ill parter the others had no control so with it beening in a bussiness it would make it easyer0
