Cant really work out whats been happening here. What email/provider does everyone use to send email etc? I use hotmail to send my real people competitions and my service provider is orange. Could it perhaps be a service provider thats the problem or is it likely to be at the real people end of things?

Hmm, so 1 BT and 2 AOL, just thought that if it was all one provider or something it might explain it - but looks like that theory out the window!

I'm orange too, so if Helen's not had any returned then it's probably not an ISP thing?

I've not had a response to Issue 20 yet either.

How can all these places holding the completitions afford to give out all these puzzle prizes?
