en suite - how to feed it ?!

I'm thinking of putting in and ensuite for the bedroom. However, there is only a combi boiler so no water in the loft. The bathroom and kitchen are on the other side of the house. What's the best way to get the hot and cold feeds to the ensuite? Tak up the flooring in the bathroom? and run under floor onto the landing and into the bedroom to reach the en suite? Any great ideas where the bathroom won't have to be wrecked??
I think it will have to be a macerator for the waste. I can go straight up into the loft and then run it into the stack that comes up from the bathroom on the other side. Any do's and don'ts for this? Pretty simple for the waste it seems.

Yes Saniflos can pump UP to about 15 feet or more.
