I got this from a person who knows the manager, and is accepting offers of 25 Euros a night if you phone the reception direct and ask for a room for three inc a child on Bed & Breakfast board. Walking distance from the beach and nightlife.
Easyjet do the flights for £65 one way from Gatwick and taxi transfer is 11 Euro.
