I have got replies from some of the companies I have written to using Martins Template letter requesting terms & conditions etc. Two have said as the account has no outstanding balance there is no obligation for them to supply the information, and another has said they have complied with their legal obligations and trust matters have been resolved.
Should the next option be to fill in and send the MSE questionnaire letter as I havent actually complained. Regards Voithman.

Hi there
Even if you no paperwork but know you were sold and mis sold ppi you can still go for the reclaim.
Yes do complete the reclaim questionnaires, complete and send to the head office or complaints dept of whoever sold you the accounts and remember to keep copies as well, they normally have 8 weeks, but may ask for more time due to backlogs, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

A request under the CCA only applies where there is a debt outstanding.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
