    Thanks for the posts
I've contacted the number today and they advised that they are a travel agent acting on behalf of the companies mentioned on the love2shop page.
I would have to book directly through them to be able to use the vouchers but they would be more expensive than booking online so I've got to figure out whether it is worth using them or not

I thought that was the case Liane can you swap the vouchers for something else and book your hol with TC, you should always get the best price for a Thomas cook holiday in a TC shop as they usually have the most commission to play with.
Bagand96 i looked at your link and yes the first lot of vouchers are the TC worldwide travel vouchers they can be spent on anything in a TC shop other than anything to do with foreign exchange and they don't have an expiry date, as for the lovetoshop ones they are a bit misleading unless you know you have to ring that 1 number direct to use them.

It was me getting rather confused. Love2Shop used to be called High Street Gift Voucher. I thought the site I was linking to was the official website of that organisation; and (wrongly) assumed it was where you could exchange L2S vouchers for other things. But it isn't, its just a website where you can buy gift vouchers for lots of retailers.

Hi, sorry to open up an old thread but would like to ask a bit of advice. I have a lot of love2shop vouchers and wanted to know if anyone has booked a holiday through them over the phone? They say that they use over 200 holiday companies, so I was wondering if I searched online and found a last minute deal through one of the big firms would they be able to find the same deal and book it through them using the vouchers? Thanks
