Help pls - which wireless card do i need for my desktop?

Ive bought a Dell Inspiron 580 and am suprised to see that it isnt automatically set up for wireless internet. Google tells me that I need to fit a wireless PCI card. My question is which one?

I am running windows 7 and my internet is through Sky.

Another solution is to just get a USB wireless dongle. That's what I have on my desktop.

Can't you use Ethernet? More reliable than wireless.
Desktops rarely if ever come with a wireless card, they do all have network ports.
