seems to be sorrounded by tower blocks tho so was wondering if anyone is aware of the area or nearby ?
*edit*
Turns out this is on the winstanley estate which appears was / is a massive drug selling location......
Would it be worthwhile to call the local police station to ask about their knowledge of the place?

Hello again Lampard, I know the Winstanley well. It is extremely close to the train station but does have a reputation as on of the worst, if not the worst, estates in Battersea. That said, I still walked through it every day on my way to and from work and never experienced any issue. A lot of the properties have been sold and are now privately rented. If you look around the Winstanley you also see a lot of evidence of house proud residents covering their properties with flowers.
Wandsworth Council looks after its housing stock and has quite noticeably invested a lot over the years in the Winstanley.
In summary, it's extremely convenient and home to a mix of people but might not be for everyone.0 -
