handmadekitchens-direct in Christchurch - anyone used them? reviews/opinions?

Hi, I'm just trying to decide between a B&Q kitchen (Cooke and Lewis) and a handmade kitchen from handmadekitchens-direct in Christchurch.
The handmadekitchens quote has come back very competitive against the B&Q price, only about £500 more expensive. Downside is we have to paint the units ourselves but they are made to fit the space and really look the part.
Does anyone have any experience of them, or have a kitchen from them - any feedback or independent customer reviews would be really helpful.
