Hi can anyone please help me I am trying to enter a photo competition. I can pick my photo i want crop it and it appears in the online entry form but when i send it to the sponsors they are telling me no picture was attached? Does anyone know if i have to change my settings to allow them to recieve the photo? Have tried it twice now but still not worked. I am not very good with computers so if anyone can explain in the simplest janet and john terms it would be very much appreciated.Thankyou

Are you trying to email the photo or submit it online?
These things quite often have a max file size limit, so it could be yours is being rejected if it's too large - if this is the case, you can resize the image in your photo editing software.

thanks everyone now sorted don't know how but redid it all again through IE instead of sky and just got a confirmation email. Really dont know how its worked but thankyou anyway.:T
