BT Business line - have two want one!!

Hi,
I am trying to help my friend cut costs on his business, as he is a bit internet shy and probably is paying a lot more than he should. He currently has two lines with two different numbers from the days when the office was very busy. Now he could easily deal with one but his enquiries always spread over the two different numbers and he is scared of losing leads. Is there a way of diverting the other number so he pays for one line instead, or having a message on the number two line saying the number has changed? Would this be a cheaper option? he is with BT. Many thanks for help - I've tried googling it but not coming up with much!

I think asking BT would be a good first step. For one thing, there may be a notice period on one line or the other, and if he's near the end, then sorting out what to do with it could be fairly straightforward. Or not ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

I use http://www.bchdigital.com/ for my numbering. They handle all my numbers for £5 per month and you can divert, voicemail, transfer the number online with a few clicks. Worth every penny. Matt the sales guy is very good. Tell them Bill from wch services sent you.Kind Regards
