computor blue screen

when i leave computor for 10 or 15 minutes i get ablue screen it says computor has been shut down I have to restart it tells me try changing video cards/ check bio5 updates ,check manufactuer for updates, what will i do I have run ccleaner removed mcfee security and then reinstalled

    what version of Windows ??

    go to windows updates


    www.windowsupdate.com

    and choose custom

    then look for hardware updates and do them

    sounds like your video card driver is chuffed. you should be able to find out what video card is via device manager, then go to their website and download the latest driver for your card.
    Or if you have a branded machine you'll probably be able to get them from their site.

    The graphics card may have come loose. Try opening the case and re-seating the graphics card.

    if it consistently does it after a certain time period, turn off power saving in control panel.

    backing up data, and reinstalling windows would probably cure it.
