It's an utter disgrace. My OH tried to speak to the PPI concerns team this afternoon, in connection with their interest calculations. He tried every telephone number he could get his hands on (including getting the number for the building itself, and then asking reception to re-direct...trying via MINT in Edinburgh etc) but every single line had a recorded message on it, stating they weren't taking calls. I can't believe it takes 8-12 weeks...even EGG only took 2 weeks!

Hello chaps

Have had some good news on this front.

I have had a variety of different loans from Natwest with PPI.

After initially starting my enquiries in late April, I have had had a series of letters this week.

Good news: got told (in letter) that I am due to get over 6K from them.

I have to say that this would not be possible with all the wonderful help from this forum. It has been a source of solace and comfort, especially from Dizzy Di and the big A!

Guys, please go for this if you think you have a claim.
