Hi,
Had an offer accepted on a house & asked the estate agent to mark property under offer & not allow any further viewings survey has now come back & I have advised estate agent there are no issues following the report and we are ok to proceed with the sale
I have asked the estate agent to change the status again ( as this wasnt done earlier) but still not done should I be worried?

The EA can only do this if the vendor agrees.
Would not bother me either way, Don't forget you can pull out up to exchange so there is no real incentive for the vendor to remove from market ... but everything is negociable.0
