Just tell it as it is on your BAD days.
For example, if you can manage to walk upstairs one day, but then not for the rest of the week, then you can't walk upstairs.
You can take someone with you if you wish.
Good luck, and let us know how you get on.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0

Good Luck with the assessment as SDW says if you can do one thing then cant repeat it then you cant do it. Make sure you tell them just how you are affected.
Take someone with you for support - they are there for moral support and can remember things that you forget or neglect to mention.
If for any reason they stop the benefits then get help from your local CAB or Welfare Rights Service who can help you with the forms and attend any appeals should you need it.Weight Loss - 102lb0

if for any reason you are no happy with how the assesment goes then you are entitiled to a copy of what has been written down, do ask for this as sometimes things can be misinterpreted, when i had one years ago they asked if my health stopped me from completing my hobbies, i said i didnt have any as i was well enough to do them, the docotor at the assesment wrote down that my health doesnt affect my hobbies as i dont have any she didnt put in hy i said i didnt have any
my advice is just to be honest and tell them what your life is like on your bad daysIf you want the rainbow you have to go through the rain.
