We have been told we need a new roof.House is mid terrace 3 bedroom,1900's and we have a leak in the valley with water coming in on the landing.
We have had a few quotes ranging from £3800 to £5900.Its such a lot of money to spend and we just cant seem to find anyone who can recommend us a reliable roofer.
Any help appreciated.
