Well I took the game back and the Manager was happy to refund the full amount, so just filled out the returns sheet (name & address etc).
No problems at all
Like I said the game was unopened and still factory sealed shrinkwrapped.0 -

hmm mine was factory sealed,they still only could give me £34.99 when it should have been £39,99:(0
