Of course they were, I do believe they are looking for a loophole. If you can find one then I say good luck.
We all make mistakes, and then we learn and hope we won't again but even so we always want back what we have lost.

Gosh so sorry have only just managed to log on, it is with the Financial Ombudsman they said they were looking into it so fingers crossed.:A0 -
