I have tried to re-claim massive charges from Vanquis both directly and using a No Win No Fee company who both say that it is not PPI but a payment break insurance.
Has anyone had any joy in getting their money back from these horrible people?? If so HOW DID YOU DO IT!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to know any success stories regarding Vanquis too.
They were very sneaky and added on PPI at the very beginning even though I was very clear and said NO on the phone. Luckily I got them to remove this on the first statement. They were pretty sheepish.
Im due to pay my Vanquis off in full shortly, Im just wondering whether they're more likely to pay me my charges back if my card has 2k on it or if it is close to zero. I was considering leaving it at the amount they owe me and asking them to refund and close the account. Hmm doubt they will as they're making a lot of money out of me currently!
I hope you get your answer BlueMonday.0
